Since beginning the Uplift program in 2021, we’ve made great strides in providing healthcare access to our community. We now accept most insurance plans and our self-pay services have become more affordable for everyone, regardless of background. While we no longer accept new applications for discounted visits through Uplift, our commitment to accessible, compassionate care remains stronger than ever.
